In related news, Miss Roberts was honored with being doted the second place ranking in Teen Vogue's recently released list of the best dressed young stars of 2010.
Falling behind only Alexa Chung, the 19-year-old beat out the likes of Carey Mulligan, Kate Bosworth and Lea Michele.

Bono Turns Sydney RED For World AIDS Day
Showing up for an important day in Sydney, Australia, Bono was spotted talking to press ahead of the lighting of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge on Tuesday (November 30).
Joined by bandmate The Edge, the U2 front man was chosen to flick the switch to turn the iconic buildings red in honor of AIDS Day 2010.
World AIDS Day is coming up on December 1st and helps to raise awareness of the ongoing fight against the AIDS epidemic with more than 80 iconic landmarks across 13 countries set to light up red for the awareness day.
In related news, Bono and The Edge recently spoke with MTV about their work on the Broadway musical "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" - saying that comic books and rock music go together delightfully.
"There's always been a thing with punk rock bands and comics," Bono said. "It's always been there. Even the Ramones, who are also from Queens [New York] like Peter Parker and Mary Jane, they covered the theme to Spider-Man."

'Glee' Britney Spears Episode Slammed By Parents Television Council
Group describes show as 'an endorsement of narcotics abuse, public masturbation, and school-sanctioned burlesque.'

Last week's episode of "Glee" found Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) shouting, "It's a Britney Spears sex riot!" as she attempted to put a stop to the glee club's saucy rendition of "Toxic."
But she's not the only one who had an issue with the Spears takeover at William McKinley High School. The hit Fox show has come under fire as the Parents Television Council has deemed the "Britney/Brittany" episode the "Worst TV Show of the Week" due to the broadcast's "explicit sexual content."
A message posted on the organization's website decries the episode's "skimpy outfits" and "sultry grinds" during "I'm a Slave 4 U." And even though "Glee" castmembers show very little skin in the re-creation for the 2001 Madonna duet "Me Against the Music," the PTC said the interpretation included "plenty of girl-girl bumping and grinding."
According to the group, the tribute to the always-controversial Spears wasn't appropriate because the singer is far from a suitable role model.
"Glee earned its highest ratings ever with this Britney Spears tribute, drawing 13.3 million viewers," the message continued. "A scary thought considering that the mostly young teen/tween audience basically witnessed an endorsement of narcotics abuse, public masturbation, and school-sanctioned burlesque. But perhaps most troubling is the deification of a troubled pop star into a symbol of empowerment and self-esteem. Considering her stints in rehab, her very public breakdowns, and her questionable parenting skills, there is absolutely no way Spears should be considered a role model. The producers of the show can spare us the old song-and-dance about fallen celebs turning their lives around. What's next? Portraying Ike Turner as a reformed feminist?"
Spears knows controversy and criticism far too well. Since the beginning of her career, she's always raised eyebrows with everything from her sex-kitten public image to her sometimes-questionable parental judgment. While the pop star has played it relatively safe since her comeback, the singer did make headlines last year for her suggestive single "If U Seek Amy," the third offering from her album Circus.

Bruce Gradkowski Re-Injures Shoulder, Undergoes MRI

Raiders quarterback Bruce Gradkowski underwent an MRI on Monday to determine how badly he re-injured his passing shoulder. There is a chance he could be sidelined for an extended period, possibly the rest of the season.Gradkowski, the surprise starter over Jason Campbell on Sunday, hurt his right shoulder on the Raiders' final offensive play in a 33-17 loss to the Miami Dolphins.
"We'll know more as soon as we kind of get this thing evaluated and see how serious it is this time, see if there's any more damage, anything like that," Raiders coach Tom Cable said.
Gradkowski originally injured the shoulder when he was taken down hard by blitzing linebacker Shaun Phillips in an Oct. 10 game against the San Diego Chargers. He was sidelined for the next five games, during which Campbell won back the starting job by leading the Raiders on their first three-game winning streak in eight years.
However, Campbell was yanked in favor of Gradkowski in the middle of the Raiders' 35-3 loss at Pittsburgh two weeks ago. Despite Cable's post-game declaration that Campbell was still the starter for the Miami game, it was Gradkowski who lined up behind center on Sunday, though he struggled, throwing two interceptions and leading just one touchdown drive.
With Gradkowski saying after Sunday's game that the latest injury to his shoulder felt similar to the pain that accompanied his initial shoulder separation, Cable acknowledged that there was a chance Gradkowski could be sidelined for a significant period.

T.I.'s New Single 'Castle Walls' Hits The Net
Lyrics describe downside of fame, with vocals by Christina Aguilera.

T.I. has achieved an extraordinary amount of success in his career, including Billboard chart toppers and hit movies. He's also suffered several setbacks, like his current predicament of being an inmate in federal prison. The mix of highs and lows is nothing new to the talented but troubled MC.
In a new track that surfaced online on Monday (November 29) called "Castle Walls" and featuring Christina Aguilera, the rapper reveals that despite his achievements, there's an undercurrent of darkness shadowing his life.
"See with the Phantoms and Ferraris in the driveway/ But you see it came in exchange of a sane man's sanity," he raps over the Alex da Kid-produced number. "Your vision jaded by the Grammys on the mantlepiece/ Just switch your camera lenses, you will see the agony."
Aguilera provides a moving chorus to the track as she sings, "If I should tumble, if I should fall/ Would anyone hear me, screaming behind these castle walls?"
Earlier this month, Alex da Kid (Eminem, B.o.B) told MTV News the track would be T.I.'s next single. "I love it," he said of the number. "I think it's amazing. It's my sound, just kind of an evolution of that. I think it'll cater to a lot of different people."
The track will be featured on T.I.'s forthcoming album No Mercy, set to arrive December 7.
The album was previously slated to be titled King Uncaged, but the Atlanta MC changed the name after he was arrested in Los Angeles last month on drug charges and sentenced to 11 months in prison.

(AP) -- Richard Petty will once again run his race team and participate in day-to-day operations as chairman of the new ownership group that was announced Monday.The assets of Richard Petty Motorsports have been sold from George Gillett Jr. to an investment group that consists of Petty, Medallion Financial Corp. and DGP Investments.
"Today is a great day for me, my family, our fans and our wonderful sponsors," Petty said in a statement that listed 10 partners that "have supported me through thick and thin and I thank them from the bottom of my heart."

The transfer of assets has been in the works for several weeks because of Gillett's ongoing financial problems. Debt-laden English soccer club Liverpool recently was sold despite the objection of Gillett and business partner Tom Hicks. And a U.S. hedge fund is suing Gillett over what the firm says is more than $117 million in debt he racked up investing in Liverpool.
The Past or the Future? Coaching Carousel Is an Inexact Science

Late Sunday night, one of those explosive rumors surfaced, spread by Twitter and other media outlets, that Jon Gruden was headed to the University of Miami. Thanks (again) to Twitter (its speed can be helpful at times) it was quickly quashed.But it begs this question:
Why, when the conversation about the future seems to transcend the past, do we concentrate on the Mike Shanahans of the world and forget the Mike Smiths? And what is it about coaching changes that seem as fascinating to a lot of fans as playoff races, especially in a league where with five games to go, five of the eight division races are tied and the other three are within a game, begging the question about whether the NFC West title should be vacated with two 5-6 teams at the top?
Let's start with the aforementioned Mike Smith (pictured), who has Atlanta at 9-2, tied with the Jets and Patriots for the NFL's best record. They are this week's "Super Bowl team'' -- 19-1 in the Georgia Dome with Matt Ryan at quarterback and a win over Green Bay on Sunday that just about guarantees that if they face the Packers in the playoffs, it won't be at Lambeau Field.
When he was hired by Atlanta after the 2007 season, Smith was simply a professional coach with no special reputation, in part due to his name but also due to his resume -- defensive coordinator at Jacksonville; defensive coach at Baltimore; assistant at Morehead State, Tennessee Tech and San Diego State and one year as a linebacker for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
In other words, just "some guy named Mike Smith'' who has been 29-15 with a franchise that's a been loser for most of its 45 seasons, has one Super Bowl trip (something of a fluke) and is still looking for its first Hall of Fame player. And who is Thomas Dimitroff, the man who was hired from New England at the same time to run the Falcons' personnel operation? Well, to start with, he's one of the few acolytes that Bill Belichick has sent off into the football world who seems to have had Belichick's success instantly imparted on him. (see McDaniels, Josh)
Which, when coaching rumors start flying, raises a few points.

Billy Bajema Breaks New Ground for Rams
DENVER -- In six NFL seasons, Rams tight end Billy Bajema had never caught a touchdown pass. Indeed, in two of his four years with the 49ers, he didn't even catch a pass.
On Sunday against the Denver Broncos, the catches -- and touchdowns -- came in bunches for Bajema, relatively speaking.
Bajema had three receptions for 32 yards, two of them going for the first touchdowns of his career to help the St. Louis Rams beat the Denver Broncos 36-33 Sunday for their first road win of the season.
"My whole career, I've wanted to be ready and make plays in the passing game when I've been called upon," Bajema said. "And as far as scoring touchdowns go, it hadn't ever happened until today, but it was fun to get to make a couple plays in the end zone."
All three of Sam Bradford's touchdown passes in his first career 300-yard passing game went to Rams tight ends, who took advantage of the Broncos' season-long difficulties in covering the big, physical receivers. Michael Hoomanawanui also turned a tight end screen into a 36 yard TD in the first quarter before being knocked out of the game with an ankle injury.
"They've used their tight ends very well all season," said Broncos coach Josh McDaniels. "They're kind of different players and they use some misdirection and do some different things with them in the play-action game. They definitely got free and made some plays."

Ray Allen Still Rolling After All These Years

Ray Allen doesn't hesitate to reveal some secrets of his longevity to younger teammates. So at a Halloween party last month at Allen's house, the Boston guard took Delonte West into his garage.
There he showed off his $10,000 bike. It's a recent investment to help keep Allen, 35, in great shape.
"I'm learning a lot from him just in the short time (of being in Boston after signing in September) in how he takes care of his body,'' said West, 27, who figures to get even more tips from Allen after he was lost for several months Wednesday with a broken right wrist. "Not that many people invest that much money on a bike to ride. It's like something Lance Armstrong would ride. But that's what you do when you want to become the ultimate pro, you invest to keep yourself in top shape.''
Allen has been riding for about a dozen years and had the same bike. But earlier this year he upgraded to a bike designed specifically for him.
"I'd been looking to get a new one so I used this company out of Boston, Independent Fabrication,'' Allen said in an interview with FanHouse. "I wanted something ultralight, and I just went to a bike shop to figure out what's new and what's out there. We put together a bike based on my specifications. It's like one of those bikes you can pick up with two fingers. It's just real light.''

Justin Bieber Schedules Sneak-Peek Screenings Of 3-D Flick
'They'll be surprised just to see I'm a regular person,' he tells MTV News of 'Never Say Never.'

Justin Bieber is already getting fans excited for the release of his 3-D flick, "Never Say Never." The singer will hold special sneak-peek screenings of the flick on February 9, two days before it opens nationwide.
Need more details? Well, the screenings will be held at 6 p.m. at specially selected movie theaters across the country. Additionally, fans can get their tickets to the concert-film event starting on November 29. Bieber lovers who purchase passes also will receive official movie merchandise like a souvenir VIP lanyard, a glow stick, a bracelet and purple 3-D glasses.
"Everyone thinks this is going to be another 3-D concert movie, but it's anything but that," Justin Bieber said in a statement about the event. "It's a story of how my family, friends and the fans helped me get here and every day are helping me live an impossible dream. That's why I want them to see it first."
When MTV News caught up with Bieber at the American Music Awards on Sunday night, he revealed what fans can expect from the flick. "They'll be surprised just to see I'm a regular person," he said. "I'm a regular teenage boy. I like girls and I like to hang out with my friends. It's gonna be taking them into my world, but also like it's their world cause it's just normal."
These recent comments about the flick echo ones Bieber shared with us last month. "I want to let people know there's a lot of people that are discouraging in life and that will tell you you can't do something, but you just got to remember that the sky's the limit," he told us. "You're able to do whatever you set your mind to as long as you remember to keep God first and stay grounded. So I think the movie really explains that, and it's really inspiring."

Erik Spoelstra: Heat Need 'Passion' to Improve Offense

MIAMI -- Scoring plenty of easy buckets should be a given for a team that boasts Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh but the Heat nevertheless are struggling to run an efficient offensive gameplan. On the sidelines, coach Erik Spoelstra continues to encourage his players to pick up the pace and energy while sustaining it throughout the game, yet their plodding halfcourt offense more often than not ends with low-percentage jump shot attempts far from the rim.The Heat may have ended up eventually beating the lowly Philadelphia 76ers 99-90 Friday night playing this way, but bigger challenges await. For a team that has played together for just one month, many are already questioning why the team hasn't been consistent on both ends of the court with their effort. After all, getting plenty of easy baskets can also occur in transition when the defense creates turnovers and doesn't yield offensive rebounds.
"The one thing with our identity that we talked about is let's win this game defensively," said Spoelstra after their three-game losing streak was snapped Friday night. "Let's make some possession-saving plays, get out on the open court, have some fun and passion of playing that style of basketball. That's what we want to do but we want to make an impact (on defense) especially when it counts."

Danny McDevitt, Pitcher Who Won Final Game at Ebbets Field, Dies at 78

COVINGTON, Ga. (AP) -- Danny McDevitt, the former Brooklyn Dodgers pitcher who won the team's final game at Ebbets Field in 1957, has died. He was 78.His daughter-in-law, Kristie McDevitt, said McDevitt died Saturday of unknown causes and was buried on Tuesday in Covington, near his home in Social Circle.
McDevitt, a left-hander, was 21-27 with seven saves in seven major league seasons with the Dodgers in Brooklyn and Los Angeles, the Yankees, Twins and Kansas City Athletics.
He is remembered for striking out nine Pirates and allowed five hits in a complete-game 2-0 victory over Pittsburgh for the Dodgers on Sept. 24, 1957, in the team's last home game in Brooklyn.

As we told you a few days ago, Fantasia admitted in court that she had aborted her love child with Antwuan Cook. Now we have audio of her admission. Hear the confession inside...
On Monday, Fantasia confessed during the divorce proceedings of Antwaun Cook and his soon-to-be his ex-wife Paula that she aborted a child conceived during their affair.
According to RadarOnline,
"...Fantasia is questioned by a lawyer for Paula Cook. Fantasia is a reluctant witness. At first she discusses a letter she wrote to Antwaun about wanting to have his baby. Then she is pinned down by the opposing lawyer who gets her to confess to the abortion in dramatic testimony."
Fantasia admitted to having an abortion sometime around August, which is around the time she was admitted to the hospital for a failed suicide attempt.
Here's part of the transcript:
Lawyer: "See if you recognize this as being a letter you wrote to Mr. Cook on May 10th 2010" (inaudible)
(inaudible) Fantasia reads the letter to the court. "I want you. I pray every night that I can be in your life forever, be your friend, lover, prayer partner, wife and MOTHER OF YOUR CHILDREN. As long as I can have you I will be the happiest girl in the world." (inaudible)
Lawyer: "Ms Barrino, when you wrote this letter, you said you wanted to be the mother of his children, is this right?"
Fantasia: "Uh huh."Lawyer: "Were you pregnant with his child when you wrote this letter?"
Fantasia: "No, no."Lawyer: "Is it true at one point you told him you had an abortion?"
Fantasia's Lawyer: Objection!(ARGUMENTS BETWEEN LAWYERS)
Lawyer: "Ms Barrino, isn't it true that you told Mr. Cook that you had aborted his child?"

Fantasia: "I'm not sure. Probably August when the other stuff happened."

'Glee' Recap: Furt
This episode was so plot-tastic, I barely know where to begin, but I'll do my best to keep this brief:
Burt Hummel finally proposes to Denim Carole, and Kurt -- in the throes of an absolute gay ecstasy, natch -- immediately begins planning an elaborate wedding set to feature the entire Glee Club as bridesmaids and groomsmen, because Burt and Carole apparently have exactly zero friends and family of their own to step in and fulfill those roles. Unfortunately, Karofsky chooses this especially happy moment to get especially psycho-killer creepy, and when Mr. Schue witnesses a particularly ick-making moment of intimidation in the hallway, he marches Kurt directly into Principal Sue's office to demand that Karofsky be expelled.

LOL! While Ben Affleck was filming a scene for 'The Town' he was mistaken for a bank robber. The actor forgot he was still in costume and WALKED INTO A BANK with a fake machine gun and a mask on!!!
�??One day we were shooting near a bank and they wanted to keep the bank open for the day so we tried to accommodate them as best we could.�??And we had this scene where I have my mask on and a machine gun and Jeremy Renner is the same and we�??re dragging Rebecca Hall into the van.�??I realized that I should start from inside the bank to give myself a place to cut so I went into the bank. I walked in wearing a skeleton mask, holding a machine gun and I have never seen true terror until that moment. Phil Jackson: Miami Heat Could Make Coaching Change

Never one to keep his mouth shut for long -- and always one to unleash Jedi mind games -- Phil Jackson, the coach with rings for all of his fingers and one of his toes, was up to no good Tuesday, stating that the Miami Heat are under pressure."I think eventually, if things don't turn around, I think eventually the weight's going to fall there where [without] the success they were hoping for, there will be a real drive for the players to have some kind of change," Jackson said on "The Waddle & Silvy Show" on ESPN 1000 in Chicago.
Jackson said if things get worse, he could see Heat president Pat Riley taking over for current Heat coach Erik Spoelstra.
"There's a chance for that, I would say. It would take a lot more losses like the ones we've seen. The scenario that sits kind of behind the scene, is that eventually these guys that were recruited -- Bosh and James -- by Pat Riley and Micky Arison, the owner, are going to come in and say, 'We feel you (Riley) can do a better job coaching the team. We came here on the hopes that this would work,' and whatever, I don't know," Jackson said. "That's kind of my take on it, is that eventually if things don't straighten out here soon, it could be the (Stan) Van Gundy thing all over again."

Expectations were sky high for the Heat prior to the season after forming the Miami Thrice of LeBron James and Chris Bosh to go along with Dwyane Wade. So far, the team stands at 8-6, struggling to find a comfort zone with each other.
"That record, I think, says a lot about coming together with some real talented guys, and not having a base," Jackson said on the show. "And then some things happened to them, Wade getting hurt. They're still kind of searching out how they're going to find a role and work their roles together."

Ke$ha 'Blows Some Stuff Up' For 'We R Who We R' Video

By now, you've no doubt downloaded the song and gazed longingly at photos from the set of the video. But despite all of that, you probably still have no idea what to expect from Ke$ha's "We R Who We R" clip.
And neither did we ... so when MTV News caught up with Ke$ha backstage at the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards in Madrid, we decided to ask her for a quick synopsis of the video, the first she's releasing off her upcoming Cannibal repack. And from the sound of things, the clip is probably going to get a rise out of certain folks.
"This video is a little bit 'sexy time,' I'm not gonna lie, it may induce a boner or two," Ke$ha laughed. "I'm not sure, [you'll have to] report back. But I'm hoping for at least one."
We'll definitely let you know. Anyway, aside from all that sexiness, there's another aspect to the "We R" video that Ke$ha is equally excited about: the sheer amount of explosions she managed to pack into the thing.
"[For] this video, I kinda thought, 'I should be blowing things up,' " she smiled. "So we closed down downtown Los Angeles and, I mean, I'm not going to give away all of it, but I do blow some stuff up."
Sweet. And if small outfits and large-caliber explosives aren't enough to compel you to watch, well, Ke$ha still has one more trick up her sleeve for the "We R" video: There's gonna be plenty of beer on hand, too.
"Look, it's got bombs, boners, babes, boobs and beer ... always beer," she said. "What more do you want?"

For Brett Wetterich, Third Is the Word in Children's Miracle Classic

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Winning isn't everything. If you happen to be Brett Wetterich, a solo third will work nicely.
At least it would Sunday after the final round of the PGA Tour's Children's Miracle Network Classic at Disney World.
Because of shoulder and wrist injuries suffered in mid-2008, Wetterich, a former U.S. Ryder Cup team member, did not play a single event in 2009.
He returned to competition this year thanks to a Major Medical Extension that provided 17 events to qualify for the remainder of the season by way of the 2008 money list.
Now, with one round of play remaining in the season, Wetterich is $293,255 short of regaining full exempt status for next year by way of a top 125 money-list finish.
A solo third-place finish this weekend pays $319,600.

2010 Free Agent Arbitration Roundup

Midnight Tuesday is the deadline for teams to offer salary arbitration to eligible free agents.It's a complex decision for clubs because the risk and the reward are both great. If the player is a Type A or Type B free agent and he signs elsewhere the team can get a first-round draft and compensation-round pick or a compensation-round pick, respectively. But if they miscalculate, and the player winds up accepting the offer, they could be stuck with an expensive veteran who wasn't in their plans for the next season.
We'll help you keep up with all the offers as they come in throughout the course of the day, then next Tuesday follow up when the players offered arbitration must decide whether to accept or decline.

Monday Movers: PGA Closes Season at Disney; Tiger Still Winless

Robert Garrigus -- For the second time this year, Garrigus had a three-stroke lead on the 72nd hole of a tournament. The first came at the St. Jude Classic in June, where he finished with a triple bogey and lost in a playoff to Lee Westwood. He can look back on that week now with much less regret after closing out the final hole of the Children's Miracle Network Classic with a par and a three-stroke win. His first career victory came at a perfect time, as he entered the week 122nd on the money list and in jeopardy of losing his tour card. He became the first player to lead the tour in driving distance and win in the same season since John Daly in 1995.
Kodak Challenge -- The inaugural year for the Kodak Challenge has to be considered a success. Tour rookie Troy Merritt won the $1 million first prize in a playoff over Aaron Baddeley and Rickie Fowler after all three finished the season at 17 under. Merrittt nearly holed out on the 17th at Magnolia and tapped in the birdie for the win. Not only did the Challenge provide extra drama to the final tournament of the season, it also gave fans an opportunity to see Fowler one last time in 2010. Without the opportunity to win this week, the young star would have skipped the finale after the last few weeks of extensive travel.
Stuart Appleby -- The Australian capped off a bounce-back 2010 with a win in his country at the Australian Masters. It took a rally from seven shots back to secure his first win at home in nine years. Appleby made headlines earlier this year after shooting a 59 enroute to a victory at The Greenbrier Classic in West Virginia. Appleby failed to finish in the top 125 a year ago and needed a good year to gain exempt status in 2011.

Jameer Nelson Proves Backers, Doubters Right as Magic Top Heat
ORLANDO - Jameer Nelson showed Wednesday night why the Orlando Magic still believe he is the point guard who can help lead them to a championship.He also showed why others still think he isn't consistent enough to get that job done.
Same game, two sides. Highlights on some possessions. Bad decisions on others.
Nelson carried the Magic down the stretch Wednesday night in a much-needed 104-95 victory over the Miami Heat, but he also had another high-turnover game, then got ejected in the final minute during another lapse of good judgment.

Tom Brady Questionable for Thursday as Foot Injury Cuts Back Practice Time

Odds are New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will indeed suit up Thanksgiving night against the Detroit Lions in Detroit, but having missed two days of practice with a foot injury, the three-time Super Bowl winner is being listed as questionable.According to ESPN Boston.com, the team is preparing backup quarterback Brian Hoyer just in case, but other than in 2008 when Brady suffered a season-ending torn ACL in his left knee during the season opener against Kansas City, he has never missed a start. He also has a shoulder injury, according to the official report, but he has been listed like that just about every week over the years. Being listed as questionable technically means he has a 50-50 chance of playing in the game.
